President of the Dominica Cancer Society Yvonne Alexander says that a strategic plan developed in 2019, will be launched this year.

This plan includes the review of the Cancer Society’s Memorandum of Operation which will be tabled and adopted in 2020.

Alexander says that the Memorandum of Operation is important as it will inform the way in which the organization will be managed.
