UWP Again Seeks the Help of the Law

The United Workers Party (UWP) will again go to court this time challenging the results of the December 6, General Elections on Dominica.

On Monday, the UWP filed election petitions challenging the election results in the constituencies of St. Joseph, Mahaut, Morne Jaune, La Plaine, Castle Bruce, Salybia, Roseau Valley, Roseau Central, Roseau South and Wesley.

Party Leader, Hon. Lennox Linton admits that they have not had much success in the courts in the past but this is an available tool which they will continue to use.
