With the addition of Tony Chasseur and Ronald Tulle Quartet featuring Michel Alibo for the 10th edition of Jazz ‘n Creole, patrons will experience a true blend of Jazz with creole sounds. Tony Chasseur turns a new page on his already rich and varied musical itinerary by collaborating with pianist Ronald Tulle. The piano virtuoso exploits the elasticity of the singer’s vocals to propose a magical and enthusiastic repertoire supported by the swirling bass of Michel Alibo. The result is creole jazz based on an in depth exploration of Caribbean rhythms especially zouk, creole melodies and even international to produce constant creativity on stage. Along with Mel, Johann Chuckaree and The Smith Brothers, Jazz ‘n Creole 2019 is shaping up to be one of the most vibrant and entertaining events in Dominica’s calendar for May.
