Discover Dominica Authority is pleased to announce that the Carnival Prize Giving ceremony will take place at 10 am on Friday March 22, 2019 at the Prevost Cinemall Ballroom Conference Room.  Prizes will be awarded for best business float, flag wavers, band of the year in children and adult categories, most creative and traditional bands and best t-shirt bands among others.

n added feature of the prize giving ceremony will be a special presentation to Krishna “Dada” Lawrence for his achievement as producer of the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Road March hit Famalay.

Prizes will also be awarded to the Carnival queen contestants.
