Another project agreement has been sealed under the Citizen by Investment Program on Monday, February 18, 2019. The Prime Minister, in addressing the Developer of Secret Bay Residences Gregor Nassief stated that this project is not intended to be a stagnant project and that actual construction will commence within 90 days. He further described this project as a “practical undertaking between the Government of Dominica and Secret Bay Residences”.

Mr. Nassief speaking at the signing ceremony informed that ownership of these villas will extend to the guests, with Secret Bay managing and renting in their absence. Nassief describes it as a “win-win” relationship as Secret Bay will expand its villa inventory, while the owners enjoy a luxury vacation home on island, and both parties benefit financially from this investment.

Secret Bay Residences is carded for 42 villas and will reportedly provide employment for 120 Dominicans.
