The Dominica Netball Association, as well as the Caribbean Netball Association, hosted a netball seminar on December 7th, 2018 in Portsmouth. The seminar attracted netball coaches at the Sports Division. Dominica welcomed Ruthinia Paul who is the Caribbean Netball Association President. On her visit, she discussed matters relating to netball development on the island.
