Grenada Tourism Authority Announces Second Edition of Pure Grenada Destination Magazine

The Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) is pleased to announce that it is once again partnering with international publishing house, Greydoor Publishing, to produce the second edition of the Pure Grenada Destination Magazine.

The first edition of the Pure Grenada Destination Magazine was launched in December of 2025, and marked the beginning of a more editorial approach to destination marketing, providing a platform for deeper storytelling . The upcoming edition will continue to place Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique at the centre of a premium publication designed to showcase the destination to international audiences.

“The second edition of the magazine provides another opportunity to showcase Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique through the richness of our people, our communities and the experiences that make our destination unique,” said Mrs.Kirl Grant-Hoschtialek, Chief of Operations and acting CEO of the Grenada Tourism Authority. “The magazine encourages curiosity and discovery while giving our stakeholders a platform to share what they offer and to tell their stories. Ultimately, it is about creating a deeper connection with the destination and capturing the moments that linger with visitors long after their trip.”

Readers can expect stories that uncover local craftsmanship, culinary traditions, cultural heritage, nature and community-led initiatives, alongside experiences that are personal, locally rooted and connected to Grenada. It is intended to give prospective visitors a broader perspective, one shaped not only by attractions and amenities, but by the people they meet, the places they encounter and the stories they may take with them. The magazine will also feature stories of responsible tourism and sustainability, highlighting efforts that contribute to the wellbeing of communities and the environment.

GTA’s Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Tornia Charles, spoke to the strategic value of the publication and its role in strengthening the destination’s presence in key markets.

“As destination marketing continues to evolve, we want to reach audiences in ways that go beyond traditional promotional content.” Said Ms. Charles. “This edition of the magazine allows us to bring together the many voices and perspectives that shape our destination. It also creates a space for our local stakeholders to reach new audiences and increase visibility for their businesses and offerings in our key markets.”

The GTA remains dedicated to sharing the stories of the tri-island state through the voices of its people and the experiences that make the destination distinctive.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
