It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mary Valerie better known as Say-Say or Ma Martin, age 92 of Delaford, Penville. She died at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband Elie Martin Valerie.
She left to mourn:
Children: Joseph Powell, Camille, Allan, Sylvester, Joseph & Roselyn Valerie, Morine Laville, and Louise Athline Maloone
Adopted daughter: Veronica Daniel
Grand children: Irvin Valerie, Anne- Marie Lewis, Marsha and Marshall Maloone, Royena Marcellin, Johnsia & Joania Laville, Annisa, Craig, Camron, Charmaine, & Jemima Valerie.
Great grandchildren: Élise and Gabrielle Valerie, Nayah Esprit, Jaylon Boston and Jerzel Lamothe
Sisters: Felixia Birmingham, Martha & Bernadine Marcellin

The funeral service of the late Mary Valerie better known as Say-Say or Ma Martin will be held on Saturday 5th September 2026 at the Vielle Case Catholic Church. Viewing will begin at 1:00 pm and service at 1:30 pm. Interment will follow at the Vielle Case Catholic Cemetery.
