Dominica to Gain New Nonstop Air Service to Trinidad and Tobago

The Ministry of Tourism and the Discover Dominica Authority (DDA) today announced that Contour Airlines will launch nonstop service between Dominica and Trinidad and Tobago beginning October 5, 2026. The introduction of the service forms part of ongoing efforts by the Government of Dominica to strengthen air access and support the continued growth of the tourism sector.

The new service will operate twice weekly between Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM) and Piarco International Airport (POS) in Port of Spain. Contour Airlines will also provide one-stop, same-plane service between Trinidad and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico and between Trinidad and Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The route is expected to significantly strengthen regional connectivity by providing travelers with a more direct and convenient option between Dominica and Trinidad and Tobago. It also enhances access to connecting travel throughout the Caribbean while supporting continued growth in inbound tourism, commerce and business activity in both markets.

The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
