The St. Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee (SKNOC) is celebrating a significant achievement as Office Manager Jessica Warner has been selected to participate in the prestigious International Olympic Committee (IOC) Immersion Stay Programme in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mrs. Warner was chosen from a global pool of applicants for the highly competitive programme, which selects only five participants worldwide—one representative from each continent for each edition. Her selection is being hailed as a major accomplishment that reflects both her dedication and professionalism, as well as the growing international recognition of the St. Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee.
The IOC Immersion Stay Programme provides participants with a unique opportunity to spend 10 working days at Olympic House in Lausanne, gaining firsthand experience within the Olympic Movement. During the programme, Mrs. Warner will work closely with IOC NOC Relations and Olympic Solidarity staff, participate in peer-learning sessions on administration, governance and management, and showcase the work of the St. Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee to IOC officials.
SKNOC officials described the opportunity as a testament to Mrs. Warner’s years of dedicated service to sports development in the federation and expressed confidence that she will represent St. Kitts and Nevis with distinction on the international stage.
The Olympic Committee has extended congratulations to Mrs. Warner and wished her every success as she participates in the prestigious programme.
