We announce the death of 72-year-old Algernon A Charter Of 12th Street Canefield. He died on 12th May 2026. He was the former Superintendant of Prisons in Dominica.
He will be remembered by:

Viewing of the late Algernon A Charter will take place on Saturday 30th May 2026, at the St. Martin De Porres Roman Catholic Church in Canefield At 9:30 a.m. Mass will take place from 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Roseau.
