The Electoral Office of Dominica continues its diligent efforts throughout the ongoing Voter Confirmation period and is pleased to provide the public with an update on the current electoral processes.
To date, a total of 17,497 applications for voter confirmation have been received, of which 8,597 have already been approved.
Additionally, since the reinstatement of voter registration, 1,053 new electors have applied for registration, with 829 applications approved thus far.
The Electoral Office encourages all eligible citizens to actively participate in the electoral process. The Voter Confirmation period is scheduled to conclude in October 2026, and persons who have not yet completed the confirmation process are strongly encouraged not to wait until the final weeks to do so.
In an effort to improve accessibility and convenience for electors, the Electoral Office has implemented several initiatives aimed at assisting persons who may have previously experienced difficulty accessing their designated confirmation centers.
Home visits facilitated through the use of mobile voter confirmation kits remain ongoing. Schedules for these visits are available on the Electoral Office website and across its social media platforms.
The Office has also introduced a centralized voter confirmation initiative being held every Tuesday at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium. This initiative is specifically intended to accommodate persons who live or work in the vicinity of Roseau but are registered in constituencies outside of the capital.
Most recently, the Electoral Office launched “Stationed Voter Confirmation” on Sundays. Schedules indicating the constituencies and communities to be visited under this initiative are also available via the Office’s website and social media pages.
Confirmation Centres across all constituencies remain open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
For additional information, members of the public may contact the Voter Confirmation hotlines at 767- 275-8164 or 767-617-9595.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
