The Dominica Freedom Party (DFP) joined the nation in mourning the passing of Mr. Ian Pinard, chief executive officer of the Dominica Air and Sea Port Authority, former government minister and former parliamentary representative of the Soufriere Constituency. His sudden death came as a shock to many.
The DFP extends deepest condolences to his family, relatives, and friends. His colleagues and staff of the Dominica Air and Sea Port Authority, and the people of the Soufriere Constituency
