Herbal Harmony Hosts “Sip Tea & Chat” for PCOS Awareness Month

 In recognition of PCOS Awareness Month, Herbal Harmony will host  Sip Tea & Chat tomorrow, Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at the NDFD Conference Room, Great Marlborough Street, Roseau, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

The event is a FREE one-stop PCOS consultation designed to empower women with knowledge, tools, and support to better manage Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) — a condition affecting 1 in 10 women worldwide.

Sip Tea & Chat will feature Rachel Shillingford CEO of Herbal Harmony & PCOS Advocate, Endocrinologist Dr. Natasha Maxime , Green life (Sister Natz & Team), Adams House of Health, Anna Winston Founder of my kitchen (Advocate for healing through trauma plant base whole foods), Athena Dodd ; CEO of Aether Sea Gel  and Donna Lugay, Founder of Fiet Natural Care, who will share insights on:

  • The essential tests for PCOS diagnosis and management
  • Supplements and nutrition for hormone balance
  • Herbal remedies, Local superfoods and recipes that support PCOS wellness
  • Practical lifestyle tips for thriving with PCOS
