Be the vital force behind our success! As a Warehouse Keeper, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the supply, replenishment, storage, and distribution activities of the company’s materials and products. A key objective is to optimize both warehouse space and the tasks carried out within it.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for maintaining inventory control and updating it every two months.
• Receive purchases (verify received items, part numbers if applicable, and match invoices with received materials).
• Prepare purchase requisitions.
• Classify acquired materials and organize them on shelves.
• Responsible for issuing tools to personnel and keeping records of issued items.
• Label all new tools.
• In charge of fuel deliveries at the plant.
• Responsible for managing Drilling containers and their inventory.
• Order office supplies every three months.
• Maintain general order and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Keep control of tool issuance forms and other consumables.
• Support maintenance department activities as needed.
• Read and apply company policies.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as directed.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, autonomous, with planning and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• In the office: walking and standing 40% of the time, sitting 60% of the time.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for varying periods, including during travel.
• Personal protective equipment must be worn when performing certain activities.
